Before and after your massage, make sure you stretch and stay well hydrated with plenty of water (at least 1/2 your weight in ounces within a 24 hour period).
During your massage, please just allow yourself to rest your mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Please, do not resist or help to lift up your own head, arms/hands, and legs/feet. Effortlessly allow your therapist to freely move you when needed. Simply enjoy your massage and breath in life and healing.
During your massage, we welcome you to communicate any of your preferences and comfort levels -- especially matters concerning draping for modesty, pressures, temperatures, music selection and volume, table and bolsters positions.
